I just to write a short note to say thank you for recovering the data on my hard drive. When my personal computer crashed the hard drive was corrupted and my regular computer tech was unable to read any files contained on it. Luckily I backup all my business related files, but never took the time to do so for personal items. There were several files that I really wanted to retrieve, but after checking out the competition considered the cost too high.
Then I checked out your website and decided to submit the online form describing my problem. You called me back the next morning and gave me a verbal ballpark estimate over the phone that sounded very reasonable. I dropped off the computer at noon and you contacted me with an exact quote which was within the ballpark estimate. By 4pm that day you had copied all the files I wanted onto DVD and I picked them up that same day. That was certainly a lot quicker and hassle-free than I expected.
Should anyone find themselves in my situation, I would not hesitate to recommend you. Early last week I had a very distressing problem with my 9 month old Dell Dimension 8400 computer. My hard drive crashed, and I lost all my data files from the last 10 years.
